Well, I had an accident (not really) on the train home from uni today. I was in such a good mood today (had a original BOOST smoothie… hmmm), and I was pleased to have finally finished most of my ceramics pieces and managed not to stay back for my photomedia project.
However, when I got on the train, I wanted to turn back the seat so that it faced to the direction that the train’s travelling. I usually don’t mind about facing backwards when going on a train, but usually I just change it, since I don’t have to stare at people’s faces when I’m bored on the train. When I turned it, this chick did as well. However, she just let go of the seat, slamming into my finger. And she didn’t even say sorry. Instead, she said, “shit”.
Aren’t I suppose to say “shit” because my fingers were slammed into the seat?
What’s worse, the skin on my rude finger was badly scraped. It was bleeding like hell (the blood was dark red, not just red, so I knew it was rather deep). The girl didn’t check if I was alright, instead sat back down and started to read the book. She looked like I didn’t exist, only caring about her book.
Since I didn’t have a bandage nor a tissue, I had to let my stupid finger bleed until I got of at my station, went to the supermarket, got bandages and tissues, hiding the blood from people (I had to hold my hand so that the blood didn’t drip onto the ground), and wash the wound and put on the bandage.
I didn’t mind the wound since it was just a really bad scratch, but what irked me badly was that chick who accidentally slammed who didn’t say even a quick “sorry”. I really dislike people who does something wrong, and they don’t say sorry, or worse, like it was nothing at all. I felt like screaming at the chick, but it was full train, and I was squashed. I would have asked the girl to apologise, but she changed a few seats back. Hmm….
I hope I don’t get like any kind of infection, because they hurt, and slimy, gross pus comes out. Luckily I’m not prone to faint when I see oozing blood (My sister, when she sees her own real blood in large quantities, she faints). No doubt it would take at least several days until it heals. In the meantime, I have this bandage over my finger which is making it harder to type.
